Koe Fumei

Koe is undoubtedly witty. Each move and action he takes it met with considerable planning be it little or small. He likes to be in the advantage and will operate slowly until he's contently aware of what's going on. Koe is observant with a keen eye for detail and sits in stillness until he spots a weakness. As someone who analyzes things with objective perspective, he is able to subtract his emotion from the equation when making decisions.

The biggest things about Koe, is that he lacks any morals in what it is he does. He can take a life without remorse, and had no qualms getting his hands dirty for the end goal. He lacks empathy and is unable to feel sorry for others, and often sees others as a tools for him to use if he plays his cards right. While Koe doesn't see the value in the lives of others. He does see value in their skills, and if Koe finds a person useful, he will accommodate to them to work in his favor. He's a manipulator of sorts who will only get emotionally involved with another if he sees a long term goal with them. He doesn't like give others the benefit of a vulnerability and will generally keep people at arms length if he feels they're not worth the commitment.

He is also a troll. Koe will troll others for reactions for his own amusement.
